Returns

We want you to be happy so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase within the first 30 days simply return your products for a full refund of the apparel.

How to Obtain Your Refund?

Simply mail your product(s) back and we will refund your money. The only limitation is that you must return the purchased item(s) within 30 days of the purchase.

We will send you an email letting you know that we have received the item(s). We will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Wait, you have not received your refund, what should you do?

Please follow these steps:

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@norulzart.com.

Exchanges

If you want to make an exchange, follow these steps:

  1. simply explain what you want to return and what you want to exchange it with in an email to contact@norulzart.com. Make sure to include your contact information (address and phone number).
  2. We will contact you back to make sure we understand what you want to exchange.
  3. Once you hear back from us, mail the item(s) you want to exchange back to us at No Rulz Art, Attention (Exchange), 6735 Walnut Dr., Gates Mills, OH 44040.*
  4. We will send you the new item(s) once we receive the returned item(s).*

*The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
